1- Start by wetting your body with warm water. This helps to open up your pores and prepare your skin for cleaning.
2- Then apply the black soap and leave it on for 5-10 minutes, preferably in a shower with steam, and rinse it
3- After that start scrubbing your body using the exfoliating loofah gently in a vertical motion, but don’t overdo it, then rinse again
4- Give your body another wash with shower gel or you can use our soap bars for the best results

5- Moisturize your skin with the prickly pear cactus seed oil for nourishment and protection.
